This awesome looking container is constructed from standard sized 2×4 and 1×4 accompanied by a 3/4″ dowel which will serve as the hinge. This eliminates the need for unsightly and expensive-to-replace metal hardware. The hinge system is stronger and a whole lot nicer looking.
